  • Schedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to collection
  • Have a light vegetarian meal for dinner
  • Sleep for at least 8 hours at night
  • Fast for at least 10 hours before collection time (Don’t eat/drink anything except water)
  • Have food/beverage once your sample is collected
  • Be available at the confirmed time to minimize the time required for sample collection
