Don't ignore health during festive times
Festivals are the days filled with celebrations and fun. However, we must not ignore our health during such times. Be it Christmas, Diwali, Id, Gurupurab or any other Indian festival, we tend to overindulge, eat sweets in excess, burst firecrackers, and engage in other health affecting habits. We should not forget the adverse health effects they come with and should exercise caution in issues that affect our as well as others health, for example most people while bursting crackers do not realize that how much air pollution it causes and how much it actually affects sick/elderly people with its noise.
