Preventive measures to keep your skin cancer free!
Wise people have always emphasized on drinking lots of water to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Skin cancer can be detected just by self-examining the apparent radical changes of the skin. Another best way is to identify its early symptoms is by getting preventive health check-ups regularly. Factors like pollution and UV radiations from the sun adversely affect our skin.
Some of the effective preventive measures would be not indulging in overexposure to the sun for tanning or through sunlamps or tanning beds. Avoid direct sunlight exposure to your skin and if it is inevitable, then better use sunscreen lotions or wear protective clothing. Wear thick clothes than thin ones for better protection. It is advisable to drink lots of water and green tea to mitigate the risk of skin cancer. Lastly, take a preventive health checkup periodically.
