Requirement for the Test
- Government ID card with Address Proof
- TRF is mandatory - Form will be filled in presence of the phlebotomist during sample collection
Who can undergo the Coronavirus (COVID 19) test ?
Anybody experiencing symptoms such as high fever, cough, breathing difficulties, sore throat must consult a doctor immediately. Doctor on the basis of the symptoms and the testing guidelines as issued by the government will prescribe the individual to undergo the test. Individuals who have been prescribed the COVID 19 test by a qualified doctor can book and undergo the test.
When someone can do coronavirus self-assessment?
- If you have recent travel history
- If you have Fever (Fever > 37.80)
- If you have cough
- If you feel tired
- If you feel difficulty in breathing
Note: Quote for bulk testing - corporates/associations/industries can be worked basis the number of test
