Established in the year 2000, Indus Health Plus was primarily started to propagate the inherent benefits of preventive diagnostics and create awareness on how preventive health check-ups can reduce mortality and risks related with modern day diseases.
One of the main pillars and the building forces at Indus, Kanchan serves as an inspiration for all women, to dream big and achieve bigger goals in life. From an incredible homemaker to a successful businesswoman, she has balanced her home and work incredibly to develop the company’s operations and expansion plans. ‘Adventure’, being her second nature, is the driving force instrumental in energizing her outlook to each fresh day full of fresh new ideas to be explored.
Born on August 6, 1972 in Mumbai, she completed her schooling from The Blue Mountains, Ooty and graduated in Commerce from the Mumbai University. With an amazing passion for speed, racing and flying, she started her career in 1993 as a counselor with Trade Wings. Thereafter her journey began as she strived to reach the sky, with a deep rooting to the ground.
Her calling came from Pune, where she trained under her uncle, Mr. Sadanand Bapat, an excellent entrepreneur who moulded her personality into what she is today. The de facto Director of HR, Administration and Operations, her expertise and motivation has led to the increase of the Indus family to almost 2.75 lakh satisfied members and an ever-growing family across cities. Kanchan believes in understanding the finer nuances of every single task. No work is small or big for her. Open to suggestions and feedback from employees across levels, her open-minded and flexible nature is definitely appreciated and respected by all her employees at Indus. A superb organizer and a vivacious worker, her expertise has brought Indus to what it is today, growing each day to achieve a pan-Indian footprint in the preventive health care segment.
A strong headed woman, Kanchan is blessed with the skills of multiplying money and handles this function on a daily basis. Thanks to her guidance, Indus is an extremely sound and financially well-managed company, with well-equipped and renowned delivery partners across the country. An ISO-9001-2008 certified company; with a presence in Maharashtra, Goa, Chattisgarh, Karnataka and Delhi currently, it has been expanding its network of delivery centers across the country. Born on 29th July 1976 and brought up in a small town, Amol did his schooling in a military school in Satara. Having pursued higher education in Commerce from Pune, MMCA, Amol was keen to forge his own path ahead and was confident that the opportunity would present itself in due course of time. Chartered Accountancy honed his skills and he immediately plunged into the world of business, never to look back.
Sensitive to the needs of close friends and family, Indus Health Plus was started to educate people on the benefits of preventive check-ups and save lives in the process. The effort was focused on ‘Prevention’ to ensure timely ‘Detection’. A two-fold vision to make preventive healthcare a way of life and to make quality healthcare ‘Accessible, available and affordable’, Amol dreams of bringing the concept of ‘high-end prevention’ to every corner of India.
The transition of Indus from a single service center to a multi functional organization is a testimony of his skills. Indus continues to grow under his guidance. At the helm of developments, Amol is facilitating a staggering growth rate for Indus on a year on year basis.
An avid reader of management books, biographies, self-help and business books, Amol is the proud recipient of the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2009, an award dedicated to top achievers who make a difference. He was also honoured by the Bharat Gaurav Award, awarded during the National Unity and Industrial Growth Conference in 2009.

Highly self-motivated and contagious with his motivating talks, Parnal is one of the founder members of Indus Health Plus- the pioneers in affordable, comprehensive and qualitative preventive health check-ups and diagnostics for a-symptomatic Indians.
Born on 2nd October 1973, Parnal did his schooling in Pune and thereafter graduation in Commerce from the Pune University. Having started his career as a landscape contractor in garden development, he has almost 12 years of experience in network marketing.
At Indus, Parnal is the driving force that motivates, trains and mobilizes the entire family of Indusites to perform, excel and progress. An excellent orator, his firm belief in ‘Timeliness is next to Godliness’, is reflected in his ‘ever-punctual’ manner. A role model for many in the organization, he leads by example.
