Ms. Kanchan Naikawadi

Director

Kanchan is a passionate business woman. A graduate in Commerce, she never imagined she would be one of the pillars of a Rs 100 crore company one day. Kanchan is the Director in charge of Operations – a portfolio that covers everything that the marketing department does not! Wags quip that if not the force behind Indus, she would have made an excellent treasury manager in a bank.

Kanchan happens to be the first Indian female entrepreneur in the preventive healthcare space to be awarded the winner for the Best Asian Entrepreneur category at the 9th UNITED STATES STEVIE AWARDS 2012 and also the first woman entrepreneur to win a Stevie Award for Women in Business (in 2012).

Kanchan has been the recipient of several other national and international recognition which include the 2012 IWEC Award (organized by Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and FICCI Ladies Organisation), WIL Award 2011, WLI Award 2011, etc.

Mr. Amol Naikawadi

Joint Managing Director

A Chartered Accountant by training, Amol has been instrumental in charting out Indus’s story and its rapid expansion throughout India. He has piloted Indus successfully for almost a decade now which itself is a testimony of his management skills and leadership.

Amol is the proud recipient of the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2009, an award dedicated to top achievers who make a difference. He was also honoured by the Bharat Gaurav Award, awarded during the National Unity and Industrial Growth Conference in 2009.

A role model for all his employees, his vision percolates down through all the levels in the organization.

Mr. Parnal Dekhane

Joint Managing Director

Shy and soft spoken, Parnal immediately impresses the observer with his humility. Parnal specializes in facts and figures. He is also a gifted orator who often wins over his audience with his expertise on various subjects. An excellent music enthusiast who can play as many as 10 musical instruments, his systematic and extremely organized way of working is a benchmark for all to follow.

Parnal firmly believes in motivating and training the foundation (the employees) so as to build a strong superstructure (the organization). His vision is what has ensured Indus to be established as one of the most credible providers of preventive healthcare nationally with a highly-motivated foundation of employees.
